Being a young person isn’t easy—in fact, it can be incredibly hard.
As the world evolves, so do the rising cases of anxiety, depression, and low self-worth, with self-esteem playing a major role. It’s heartbreaking that suicide remains one of the leading causes of death among young people worldwide.

At CGM, we refuse to accept this as the norm—we’re on a mission to create positive change.

We’re not a modelling agency—we’re a personal-development and confidence-building organisation that scouts for multiple agencies across Australia and New Zealand. Our purpose is to help girls discover their self-worth, build confidence, and connect them with opportunities in the modelling and creative industries if that’s a path they choose.

We believe that by empowering young people to love themselves, embrace their individuality, and step into their feminine energy, we can make a real and lasting difference.

We know that anything worth having takes effort—and a few coffees! From launching ideas in hours to running 70+ events a year (and even getting Dads on the catwalk), we work hard to try and make it happen!

At CGM, we are pretty unique. We offer a one-of-a-kind experience where you can try modeling firsthand, build confidence, and connect with lifelong friends at our Empowered Model events. We welcome all shapes, sizes, backgrounds, cultures, and abilities—no prior experience needed!

Our events are primarily for female-identifying individuals and are open to all ages.

Modelling Opportunities

By scouting talent from our events, we’ve linked girls with top modelling agencies, leading to opportunities with some of the biggest global brands. This allows us to create life-changing opportunities for some of the girls who attend our events! While not everyone leaves with a modeling opportunity, every girl gains something bigger—confidence, friendships, and the courage to shine.

Our Community

Every girl who attends our events becomes part of something bigger—a supportive, empowering community of thousands of like-minded girls. We call them the CGM Warriors—a sisterhood built on confidence, encouragement, and unstoppable energy!
